Spring break NC beach weekend

You are welcome to arrive at the beach house Friday, March 14 (exact arrival time TBD), through Sunday lunchtime, March 16. You are welcome to join for any amount of time over those days as your schedule allows. Please sign up at the link below by Monday, March 3 so there is adequate time to organize the meals. Each person will plan/co-prepare a meal over the course of the weekend.

On Wednesday March 5, you will receive an email with additional instructions, driving directions, and packing suggestions if you have signed up:

On the form above, please mention whether you would like a ride or how many people you are willing to drive. Please share any dietary allergies as well. Also, feel free to mention any games or instruments you’d like to bring. There is a time of worship on Sunday and often, occasions to sing throughout the weekend; if you play an instrument, and it’s convenient for you to bring it, that will be a blessing!

The only cost for the trip is contributing to food and gas expenses. Food might be around $35 per person depending on the number of days you stay. You may also need spending money for one dinner at a restaurant as well as an optional outing to a favorite spot for Focus—Frosty’s Ice Cream! You will need to divide the cost of gas with the people with whom you carpool.

There is currently no wifi at the home, so feel free to enjoy the off-the-grid time or prep to bring work that doesn’t require wifi.
